Kristin McNaron has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Their most recent role is as the VP of Application Development at Landstar since 2017. In 2020, they also became a Co-Owner of the Java Game Haus Cafe. Prior to these positions, they held various roles at Advance Auto Parts, Circuit City Stores, Inc., Wheat First Butcher Singer, Kesmai Corporation, and Allied Signal Tech Svc, with responsibilities ranging from directorship to quality assurance engineering. Kristin has extensive experience in software development, systems management, and budgeting.

Kristin McNaron obtained a B.S. degree in Mathematics from Virginia Tech, where they studied from 1989 to 1993. Kristin later pursued a Master's Certificate in Project Management from The George Washington University School of Business, completing the program from 2003 to 2006. In 2014, they also obtained the ITIL Foundation Certificate in Service Management from PEOPLECERT.
