Sonny Covarrubias

Sonny Covarrubias is an accomplished logistics professional with extensive experience in sales and management. Currently serving as Agency Owner at Landstar Global Logistics in San Diego since April 2018, Sonny previously held key roles at JAS Forwarding Worldwide as Branch Manager and BDM for the Western Mexico Border, where recognition as Salesman of the Year was achieved in 2014. Prior experience includes being the top producer in sales for Agility Logistics from 2008 to 2009, a Sales Manager at UPS Supply Chain Solutions, and an Account Manager at Emery Worldwide, where Sonny was honored as a Presidents Club winner in 2002 and 2003. Early career experience included an Account Executive role at Sanyo Customs Brokerage. Sonny holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from the University of Phoenix.
