Matt Carstens

Matt Carstens has a strong background in the agriculture industry. Matt is currently serving as the President & CEO of Landus since March 2020. Prior to this, they worked at Land O'Lakes, Inc. as the Senior Vice President from August 2016 to March 2020. Before joining Land O'Lakes, Inc., Matt served as the Vice President of Crop Nutrients at United Suppliers, Inc. from March 2008 to July 2016. Matt began their career at Helena Chemical Company as a Sales Manager, where they were responsible for overseeing retail and wholesale activities in several states from October 2004 to March 2008.

Matt Carstens attended Iowa State University from 1992 to 1996 and earned a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) degree in Agricultural Business and Management.
