Maggie Susman

Maggie Susman has extensive experience in the creative industry. Maggie currently holds the role of Creative Director at LandVest since 2023. Prior to this, they co-founded Three Needs Creative, LLC in 2019, where they served as the Co-founder and Creative Director. Maggie was responsible for delivering big idea concepts, creative strategies, integrated marketing campaigns, and managing client relationships. From 2017 to 2019, they worked as a Senior Design Director at ChaseDesign, where they developed human-centered frameworks and led workshops to deliver dynamic solutions. Before that, they owned and operated their own creative consultancy, Magoo Creative, from 2011 to 2017, where they managed a team and served small businesses and mid-size corporations. Additionally, they served as a Creative Director at Interluxe Group in 2011, designing fully integrated marketing campaigns for luxury automotive events. Maggie has also worked as a Senior Art Director at Arc Worldwide from 2008 to 2010, as an Art Director at Wunderman from 2006 to 2008, and as an Art Director at Stars and Stripes from 2005 to 2006. Maggie began their career as a Freelance Graphic Designer in 2003 and worked as a Graphic/Exhibit Designer at Mack Studios from 2002 to 2003.

Maggie Susman holds a B.A. degree in Graphic Arts, which they obtained from the University of Vermont between 1997 and 2001. In addition to their university education, they also pursued a course in Fine Art, specifically Acrylic painting, at the ICCE - International Council for Cultural Exchange in 2000. This course was focused on Tuscany, Italy.
