Thomas Carsuzan has a strong background in software development and architecture. Their most recent role was as the Chief Technology Officer at Landytech, starting in May 2020. Prior to that, they worked at ekino for almost 9 years, where they held several positions including Senior Software Architect and Software Architect. In these roles, they designed and developed various architectures and pipelines for different projects using technologies such as Java, Spring Boot, Kotlin, AWS, and Docker. Before ekino, Thomas worked at Fullsix as a Senior Software Engineer and Software Engineer, where they designed and developed web applications for Renault. Thomas also has experience as a Software Engineer at startup Mo'Blast, where they worked on social mobile and web applications. Thomas began their career at Oracle as a Technical Consultant, working on SQL and PL/SQL training, Oracle Application administration training, and developing testing applications for SOAP Web Services.

Thomas Carsuzan obtained a Master's degree in Software Engineering from San Jose State University in the year 2009. Prior to that, they completed their Master of Engineering (M.Eng.) in Computer Software Engineering from ESME between 2002 and 2007. In addition to their formal education, Thomas Carsuzan also obtained a certification in Functional Programming Principles in Scala from Coursera in November 2012.
