Luis Roberto Velázquez Sagahón has held various positions in the footwear industry since 1997. Luis Roberto began their career at Grupo Andrea, where they served as Gerente Regional Ventas y Operaciones from April 1997 to December 2008. During this time, they promoted and drove sales and operations to meet targets, used statistics to manage indicators and make decisions, improved customer service, and increased sales and market penetration. Luis Roberto also gained knowledge of the national market. From 2009 to 2014, they worked at GrupoMR as the Director Desarrollo Organizacional. Luis Roberto'sduties included organizational development, culture and organizational change, strategic planning, coordination for the implementation of an ERP system, commercial strategy, human resources, information and communication technologies, process documentation and auditing, and corporate projects. Luis Roberto was also a member of the board of directors. From 2014 to 2017, they were the Director General / Director Comercial at CIMA MV, S. A. DE C. Finally, from 2018 to the present, they have been the Director General at Lane Boots.

Luis Roberto Velázquez Sagahón completed their Ingeniero en Sistemas Computacionales TITULADO from Universidad Iberoamericana León in 1996, specializing in Ingeniería Industrial. In 2011, they earned their MAESTRÍA in Desarrollo Organizacional TITULADO from Universidad de Guanajuato. Currently, they are pursuing their Doctorado Ph.D. in Administración from Universidad Iberoamericana León, with an expected completion in 2024.
