Carolyn Eberly

Carolyn Eberly possesses extensive experience in global sourcing and production across various prominent retail companies. Currently serving as SVP Global Sourcing/PD/TD/RM at Lane Bryant since February 2017, Carolyn has also held the role of Vice President of Global Sourcing at Ascena Retail Group-Lane Bryant and Catherines since June 2017. Carolyn's previous positions include Vice President-Lane Bryant/Cacique at Ascena Retail Group, Inc. from July 2014, and AVP Production & Sourcing at MAST/Victoria's Secret from August 2012 to July 2014. Carolyn’s career also includes significant roles at Limited Brands, where Carolyn was Director of Production for Victoria's Secret, and EXPRESS, where Carolyn served as Director of Denim and Casual Bottoms. Carolyn holds an Associates Degree in Fashion Merchandising from the Fashion Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Fashion Merchandising from Bowling Green State University.
