Mark Phinney

Mark Phinney is an experienced professional with a significant background in the management and coordination of services for individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities. Since October 2005, Mark has held various roles at Lane County Government, including Specialized Program Supervisor, Abuse Investigator, and Supervisor, overseeing protective services and the delivery of Medicaid-funded supports. Prior to this, Mark served as Program Director at Full Access Brokerage from February 2002 to September 2005. Mark holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Oregon and attended the University of Puget Sound from 1987 to 1990.
