Jennifer Cheng is an accomplished Senior Visual Merchandising Manager with extensive experience in luxury retail and visual presentation. Currently at Lane Crawford since August 2022, Jennifer manages visual merchandising concepts for the Home & Lifestyle, Beauty, and Fine Jewelry departments, optimizing store layouts and customer journeys. Previous roles include serving as a Visual Merchandising and Creative Consultant at JenDesign, and holding senior positions at DFS Group Limited and Lane Crawford, where Jennifer significantly improved operational costs and contributed to major project launches. Jennifer's career began at ImagineX Group and Lane Crawford, showcasing a consistent record of excellence, including winning the WGSN Global Fashion Award for Outstanding Visual Merchandising in 2010. Education includes a High Honours Diploma in Visual Merchandising Arts from Seneca Polytechnic, completed in 2023.
