Kelly Lam

Kelly Lam is a Senior Communications Executive at Lane Crawford, responsible for public relations, communications, and event management for over 840 brands across various sectors including fashion, beauty, wellbeing, and home and lifestyle since August 2021. In this role, Kelly oversees product launches, events, media activities, and advertising while collaborating with regional offices to ensure brand standard alignment and maintaining relationships with key media figures and influencers. Prior to this position, Kelly served as a Communications Executive at The Lane Crawford Joyce Group and a Marketing Executive, conducting regional marketing and communications for Hong Kong, Mainland China, and Southeast Asia. Kelly holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Fashion Marketing from The University of Manchester and has a foundation from Bellerbys College and Oswestry School.
