Charles C. Huber

Charles Huber represents corporate clients in complex commercial litigation and class action matters. He also serves as Lane Powell's General Counsel.

Charles represents clients in commercial and real estate cases; matters involving insurance coverage and bad faith; and major personal injury cases. He has a wide range of trial experience that includes defending clients in a range of class action lawsuits, employment and insurance-related matters, intellectual property disputes, and insurance and significant tort matters.

Charles works with many clients in the Senior Living and Long Term Care Industry and has a deep understanding of the business risks and requirements facing providers.He also represents petroleum industry clients against environmental and toxic tort claims.
