Jennifer McMillan Beyerlein is Chair of the firm’s Construction Team and concentrates her practice on construction litigation and drafting and negotiating complex construction contracts.
She has a diverse background that includes representing architecture and engineering firms in malpractice claims, private owners and developers, and municipalities and public owners on various public works projects.
Jennifer has drafted and negotiated construction contracts for some of the largest private and public projects in the Pacific Northwest region and across the U.S. She is a trusted advisor when disputes arise on a construction project, working closely with her clients to resolve claims before litigation. She has also been involved in defending owners, public entities, tribes, and design professionals in litigation and arbitration of construction disputes. Jennifer also serves on the American Arbitration Association’s Roster of Construction Arbitrators.
