Chad Henkin

Chad Henkin has extensive work experience in the energy and environmental industry. Chad started their career as a Sales Representative at Environmental Progress, Inc in 1996 and later became a Sales Manager and Regional Sales Manager. During their time there, they managed a sales team, increased gross sales, and traveled to multiple states for business.

In 1999, Henkin joined Advanced Environmental, Inc as a Vice President, where they were responsible for direct sales of water treatment equipment and achieved high monthly sales. Chad also handled lead generation through finance funding.

From 2002 to 2008, Henkin owned and managed The Water Treatment Service Company, where they handled all ownership responsibilities and managed a small team of employees. Chad successfully generated $225,000 in gross sales per year.

Henkin then transitioned to owning and managing Rehcee Enterprises from 2003 to 2008.

In 2008, Henkin joined LVR Energy & Mechanical Services as a Director of Energy Projects. Chad oversaw energy conservation projects from concept to completion and provided consulting, specification, installation, and incentive management nationally.

Since 2017, Henkin has been working at Lane Valente Industries as the National Director of Energy Projects. Chad is responsible for managing energy projects from start to finish and is part of a select list of companies in the US specializing in this area.

Chad Henkin attended the United States Military Academy at West Point from 1992 to 1996. During their time there, they focused on Environmental Studies and Systems Engineering, although they did not complete a specific degree.
