Danielle le Breton

Danielle Le Breton has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Danielle currently serves as the Group HR Director at Lanes Group plc, a position they have held since 2023. Prior to this, they were the HR Director at Sapphire Utility Solutions Ltd starting from October 2021.

Before their role at Sapphire Utility Solutions, Danielle took a career break following maternity leave and worked as an HR Consultant from August 2020 to October 2021.

Danielle's longest tenure was at James Fisher and Sons plc, where they served as the Group Head of HR from March 2011 to July 2020, reporting to the Group Chief Executive. Danielle was responsible for implementing an HR strategy across the company and played a crucial role in establishing a regional HR structure.

Danielle began their HR career as an HR Officer at MyTravel Airways from July 2003 to September 2005.
