Sarah Hill

Sarah Hill is an accomplished manager with extensive experience in operations and team management. Currently serving as a Field Manager at Lanes Group plc since November 2018, Sarah previously held the position of Operations Supervisor at Road Traffic Solutions Ltd from March 2017 to October 2018, where responsibilities included managing a team of Traffic Management Operatives, overseeing payroll, HR processes, and fleet management. Prior to this role, Sarah worked at Lloyds Banking Group for 25 years, ultimately as a colleague performance manager, supervising up to 80 staff in an inbound telephony center. Sarah holds an IOSHH Managing Safety and Health certification and a Level 3 NVQ in Management.
