Philipp Neugebauer has a diverse work experience spanning from 2009 to 2022. Philipp started their career as a National Service member in the Bundeswehr from July 2009 to March 2010. From December 2014 to October 2015, they worked as a Master's Degree Candidate at nubibase GmbH, focusing on evaluating different cloud-based multi-tenancy database models.

In November 2011, Philipp joined UniShop Bamberg GbR as a Ruby on Rails Developer and was involved in developing and maintaining the former Unishop online shop of Feki.de at the University of Bamberg until November 2015.

Philipp demonstrated a strategic interest in requesting team transparency and regularly challenging the product roadmap for better prioritization. Philipp also suggested and introduced new processes and improvements.

Their most recent position is as a Senior Ruby on Rails Developer at Lanes & Planes, where they started in October 2022.

Philipp Neugebauer's education history begins in 2010 when they enrolled at Otto-Friedrich-Universität Bamberg. Philipp pursued a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Information Systems, which they completed in 2014. In 2012, Philipp participated in a Year Abroad/Exchange program at the Free University of Bozen-Bolzano, where they studied Computer Science for a year. After completing their bachelor's degree, they continued their education at Otto-Friedrich-Universität Bamberg and obtained a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Information Systems in 2015.

In addition to their academic degrees, Philipp has also obtained several certifications. In 2012, they became a Certified Professional for Project Management from Method Park Software AG. Then, in 2017, they acquired certifications including Certified Professional for Software Architecture from ISAQB - International Software Qualification Board, iSAQB CPSA-A DDD Domain Driven Design and iSAQB Softskills für Software-Architekten from ISAQB - International Software Architecture Qualification Board. Philipp further expanded their knowledge and skills through a certification in Microservices in der Praxis from INNOQ in 2019, and a training program called IT-Architekten: Angelpunkt der Digitalen Transformation im Unternehmen -- Praxis-Training mit Gregor Hohpe from InnoQ in 2017.
