Audrey Gardiner

Audrey Gardiner is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Director of People Operations at LT since February 2022, Audrey previously held the position of People Operations Manager and has also worked as an HR Generalist at Barrio Queen. Additional experience includes roles at LaneTerralever as a Human Resources Specialist, where a focus on employee satisfaction and workplace culture was established, and as a Human Resources Business Partner at Real Time Resolutions, Inc. Previous positions at 300Brand, Savi Technology, NYU Stern School of Business, and the Alma Mater Society of UBC Vancouver highlight Audrey's expertise in recruitment, employee relations, and operational support. Audrey earned a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from The University of British Columbia.
