Pavlo Lipetskyi

Pavlo Lipetskyi started their work experience at Viseven in 2021, where they held the role of 2nd Line Front end Support Engineer. In this position, their responsibilities included assisting customers with technical issues, coordinating tasks between different teams, providing fast problem-solving and feedback, conducting demo and training sessions with external customers, communicating with managers and developers, and utilizing various technologies such as CSS, HTML, VUE.js, eWiazrd.js, and Veeva Vault. Prior to this, they worked at Langate Software as a Customer Support Engineer starting in 2023.

Pavlo Lipetskyi pursued their education at Zhytomyr State Technological University from 2020 to 2024, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity. Additionally, they have achieved several certifications to enhance their skills and knowledge. In December 2021, they acquired the "Cybersecurity Essentials" certification from Cisco. In August 2021, they completed a certification in "Front-end Development" from Viseven. Before that, in July 2019, they obtained the "Cambridge English Certificate in ESOL International" from Cambridge Assessment English.
