Austin Arts is an accomplished sales and business development professional with extensive experience in leading go-to-market strategies and revenue generation. Currently serving as an Enterprise GTM at LangChain since October 2025, Austin previously excelled as Sales Director at dbt Labs, where performance reached 135% and 163% of sales goals in consecutive quarters. As the Founder of TeamClass, Austin built a multi-million dollar enterprise from the ground up, achieving $15M in gross revenue since 2021 and growing a customer base from zero to over 3,000. Austin's earlier career includes significant achievements in enterprise sales at Google Cloud, where consistent quota attainment was recorded, and as an engineering recruiter at Aerotek. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from St. Norbert College and a Full Stack Development Boot Camp from The University of Texas at Austin.
