Jeegar Shah

Jeegar Shah serves as the Head of Enterprise AI and Data Science at ServiceNow since September 2024 and is a member of LangChain’s Customer Advisory Board, providing expertise on the enterprise-scale adoption of AI and LLM orchestration. Previously, Jeegar held the position of Engineering Leader for the Artificial General Intelligence (AGI) Platform at Amazon, leading initiatives focused on large language models and operational efficiency from March 2020 to July 2024. As the Founder and CTO of CuriousAI in 2019, Jeegar developed smart business intelligence solutions for decision-making insights, and from March 2017 to February 2019, Jeegar was the Head of Product/Engineering at Falkonry, specializing in pattern recognition technology for operational data. Jeegar holds an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and completed professional learning in Electrical and Computer Engineering at Stanford University.
