Esther Dawson is a seasoned sommelier with extensive experience at notable establishments, currently serving at InVintory and Elora Mill Hotel & Spa since March and September 2022, respectively, and has been with Langdon Hall Country House Hotel and Spa since May 2017. Esther has also held roles in the food service industry, starting as a server. In addition to hospitality, Esther worked as a Marketing Intern at Heritage College and Seminary from January 2016 to June 2024, promoting the school, leading tours for prospective students, and maintaining social media presence. Previously, Esther coordinated summer ministries at Uxbridge Baptist Church from June 2014 to August 2015. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Theology from McMaster University, a Graduate Certificate in Advertising from Humber College, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Music and Theology from Heritage College and Seminary.
