Nicole Dupuis is an experienced hospitality professional currently serving as the Assistant Food and Beverage Manager at Langdon Hall Country House Hotel and Spa since September 2020. Prior to this role, Nicole held various positions including Server at The Distillery Restaurants Corp., Supervisor & Server at Oliver & Bonacini Hospitality, and Head Bartender at Wildfire Steakhouse and Wine Bar. Experience also includes serving as General Manager at Coffee Culture Cafe & Eatery and Assistant Manager at Druxy’s Famous Deli. Nicole began their career as the Head Instructor at Fanshawe Yacht Club and Sailing School and later worked as Area Manager at Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen. Nicole holds an education from Durham College, attended from 2014 to 2017.
