Alex Facey

Alex Facey, Assoc CIPD has accumulated extensive work experience in the hospitality industry, starting as a Waitress in 1996 and progressing through various roles such as F&B Management Trainee, Room Service Manager, and Banqueting Personnel Officer. Their career growth led to Human Resources management positions, including roles as Human Resources Manager, Assistant Director of Human Resources, and ultimately, Human Resources Director at Langham Hospitality Group. Their expertise spans personnel, training, and HR management roles across different prestigious hotel brands.

Alex Facey, Assoc CIPD, achieved a CIPD Level 7 Advanced Diploma in Strategic People Management from Acacia Learning from 2022 to 2024. Prior to this, from 2017 to 2018, Alex completed a CIPD Level 5 Certificate in Human Resources Management at Avado. Furthermore, in 1988 to 1992, Alex studied Catering at the Hotel and Tourism Industry School in Opatija, Croatia. In 2019, Alex obtained the Assoc CIPD certification from CIPD.
