Brandon Wheatley has over a decade of extensive experience in employment law and human resources compliance. Brandon has worked in various roles such as Senior Employment Counsel, Manager of Employee Relations, and Associate Attorney in organizations like Langham Hospitality Group, Beyond Meat, and Ackermann & Tilajef, P.C. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated the ability to provide strategic guidance on a wide range of employment matters, including employee relations, performance management, wage and hour issues, and litigation management. Wheatley has a strong track record of reducing legal risks and developing training programs to support organizational compliance.

Brandon Wheatley completed their Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology at UCLA in 2011. Following this, they went on to earn their Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree in Law from The George Washington University Law School in 2014. In 2016, they became an Active Member of the State Bar of California.
