Lumia Zhou

Lumia Zhou has a diverse work experience in roles such as E-commerce Director at Langham Hospitality Group, Asia Regional E-commerce Manager at Hill's Pet Nutrition, and various positions at Esquel Group focusing on e-commerce, buying, and supply chain management. Prior to that, they worked as a Consulting Project Manager at iJoin Social Innovation Consulting, in Engagement Service at Aon Hewitt, and in the China People Team at Ernst & Young. Throughout their roles, Lumia has demonstrated skills in business strategy, online channel management, buying strategy development, project management, and sales forecasting.

Lumia Zhou completed their Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management at East China Normal University from 2009 to 2013. Lumia then pursued a Master's degree in Global Operations at The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology from 2013 to 2014. In 2022, they obtained the 2022 Total Digital Certification from Colgate-Palmolive.
