Craig Hoffman

Craig Hoffman is an experienced leader in strategic planning and campaign management, currently serving as the Capital Campaign Director at Langham Partnership International since November 2016. In this role, Craig leads a significant international capital campaign aimed at raising $40 million to support the organization’s ministry in the developing world, overseeing strategic planning, project management, and stakeholder communication. Prior to Langham Partnership, Craig spent nearly two decades as Chief Strategy Officer at Engineering Ministries International, where Craig focused on mobilizing design professionals for poverty reduction initiatives. Craig’s career began at ExxonMobil as a Pipeline Engineer, managing large-scale pipeline construction projects across the U.S. Craig holds a Master’s degree in Public Administration with a focus on International Development and Strategic Leadership from Harvard Kennedy School and a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
