Suzanne Pilet

Suzanne Pilet is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer service, operations coordination, and financial services. Currently serving as a Loan Specialist at USDA Rural Development since August 2024, Suzanne previously held key roles at the Harold Grinspoon Foundation, where responsibilities included managing customer interactions and overseeing the transition to Salesforce for service processes. Prior experience at American Honda Motor Company and American Honda Finance Corporation involved traffic analysis and customer service, respectively, contributing to inventory management and dealer support across various regions. Suzanne’s career started at MassMutual Federal Credit Union as a teller and customer service representative.
