William Armstrong

William Armstrong has extensive legal experience, serving as an attorney at Langley & Banack, Inc. since October 1973. Prior to this role, William was an attorney with the Texas Department of Criminal Justice from April 1972 to September 1973, where responsibilities included representing inmates in post-conviction relief cases and leading numerous state and federal trial-level cases, particularly in habeas corpus matters. William earned a Juris Doctor with honors from The University of Texas School of Law between 1969 and 1972, and holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from American University, completed from 1965 to 1969.
