Biff Farrell

Biff Farrell is an accomplished legal professional currently serving as an Assistant Attorney General for the Texas Attorney General's Office since March 2024. As the Founder and Managing Member of Farrell Law Group, PLLC since April 2017, Biff has built a diverse legal practice. Previous roles include General Counsel for AnyPlace MD and 5 Point Enterprises, LLC, and a long tenure as General Counsel and Vice-President at Charter Development Partners, Inc. Biff's extensive experience in real estate and commercial law includes negotiating complex agreements and coordinating municipal utility projects. Additionally, Biff founded Cotton Farrell, P.C., specializing in commercial and real estate litigation, and served as an Associate at Coats, Rose, Yale, Holm, Ryman & Lee, P.C. Biff holds a Juris Doctor from South Texas College of Law Houston and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from The University of Texas at Austin.
