Agnieszka Dettlaff

Agnieszka Dettlaff currently serves as HR Manager at LANGOWSKI LOGISTICS since December 2019, where responsibilities include managing the HR and payroll team, overseeing organizational personal strategies, developing compensation policies, and implementing motivational systems for employee growth and development. Prior to this role, Agnieszka held the position of Team Leader at OBR CTM Ośrodek badawczo - rozwojowy from August 2019 to December 2019 and was also the Head of the HR, Payroll, and Administration Department at MGJ Sp. z o.o. from October 2005 to July 2019. Agnieszka holds a postgraduate degree in Occupational Health and Safety Management from Wyższa Szkoła Administracji i Biznesu im. E. Kwiatkowskiego in Gdynia and a Master's degree in Management and Marketing from Gdynia Maritime University.
