Kristine Hanscom has a strong background in financial leadership and management. Kristine started their career as an In-Charge Accountant at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where they provided audit services to non-profit entities, financial services, colleges, and universities. Kristine then worked as an Audit and Tax Manager at Dinsmore Gruhl & Company, specializing in audit and review services for non-profit clients and small businesses.

Hanscom went on to hold various roles at Hallmark Health System, Inc., including Director of Accounting and Finance, where they oversaw the general accounting, corporate accounting, treasury, accounts payable, and payroll functions. Kristine also worked as a Manager of Accounting, responsible for overseeing the accounting department and all tax filings for the organization.

Hanscom later joined Tufts Medical Center, where they served as Corporate Controller, responsible for the financial operations and reporting of the system. Kristine also worked as Vice President of Finance and later as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. In these roles, they were involved in decision support, budgeting, financial analysis and planning, treasury, and project management.

Before joining their current position as Chief Financial Officer at Ascentria Care Alliance, Hanscom worked as the Chief Financial Officer at South Shore Health System. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated strong financial acumen and the ability to successfully navigate challenging financial situations.

Kristine Hanscom obtained their Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Business/Management from Bentley University in 1987. Kristine then pursued a Master's degree in Taxation from the same university from 1994 to 1997. Additionally, they hold a certification as a Certified Public Accountant from the Board of Accountancy in Massachusetts, which they obtained in 1990. Kristine also has a certification as a Chartered Global Management Accountant, granted by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
