Andrew Tierney

Andrew Tierney is an experienced Project Manager and freelance translator specializing in Spanish–English translations, particularly in legal texts. Since September 2021, Andrew has been working at Language Scientific, managing various projects. Prior experience includes a role at THG Fluently, where responsibilities encompassed the entire life cycle of translation projects focused on U.S. market research. In addition, Andrew has been self-employed as a freelance translator since August 2016. Previous experience includes positions at Community Options, Inc., supporting individuals with developmental disabilities and utilizing best practices in a community-based setting. Andrew holds a Master's degree in Translation from New York University and a Bachelor's degree in Spanish from The Ohio State University.
