Jennafer Humphries

Jennafer Humphreys is an experienced leader in Client Services & Contact Center Solutions. Jennafer currently holds the position of Director of Client Solutions at Language Services Associates. In their role, Jennafer oversees both the Client Experience team and the Customer On Boarding team to ensure client satisfaction and process improvement. Prior to this, Jennafer held various managerial positions at StayWell (formerly Krames StayWell) where Jennafer began as a call center representative and worked their way up to Manager of the Customer Experience team.
