Rob Glass

Rob Glass currently serves as the Director of Client Solutions at RJ Young, where responsibilities include guiding a team of Account Managers, establishing KPIs, and performing sales engineering tasks to fulfill client IT needs. Previously, Rob Glass was the CEO of Computer Systems Plus Inc from February 2011 to April 2024, where a sales model generated $2.2 million in annual revenues and strategic direction was provided to 89 small and medium-sized enterprise clients. Additionally, significant infrastructure solutions were architected under Rob Glass's leadership, and a strong team culture was fostered, resulting in long-term staff and client retention. Earlier roles include Vice President of Marketing and Field Service Manager, as well as Shipper and Inventory Manager at Patagonia. Rob Glass holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Tennessee Technological University.
