Simona Venesia

Simona Venesia is an experienced language teacher and interpreter with a strong background in teaching Italian, English, and Spanish across various platforms. Since September 2016, Simona has provided one-to-one and group lessons at Language Matters (UK) Ltd, specializing in both business and general language instruction. Additional teaching roles include positions at Language Services Direct, Monceau Langues, and Global LT, focusing on Italian language education. Simona has been actively involved in freelance translation and interpreting since 2008, offering services in simultaneous, consecutive, and chuchotage interpreting, as well as technical translation. Furthermore, Simona serves as a respeaker for Mediaset TV programmes and has previously worked as a personal tutor at Wall Street English. Educational qualifications include a Postgraduate degree in Conference Interpreting from the School of Modern Languages for Interpreters and Translators and a degree in Foreign Languages from Università degli Studi di Torino, complemented by an Erasmus experience at Universidad de Salamanca.
