Jennifer Dobberfuhl Quinlan serves as the Associate Director of Assessment Product Management at Language Testing International, where responsibilities include implementing world language assessments for K-12 and higher education institutions as well as US Federal Government entities. As a co-founder of Hope Recovery and Healing, Jennifer supports individuals facing addiction and trauma through program development focused on recovery and wellness. Previous roles include managing language curriculum development at Brigham Young University and coordinating virtual school programs at Barron Area School District. Jennifer's professional background spans consulting, editorial management, and client services, complemented by advanced degrees in Instructional Psychology, French Studies, and English from renowned institutions. Notably, Jennifer founded the non-profit organization Apprends-Moi to support educational initiatives in Africa.
