Tiziana Aime

Tiziana Aime has extensive experience in sales, marketing, and executive roles. Tiziana currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Language Testing International since February 2022. Prior to this, they held the position of Chief Revenue Officer from March 2021 to February 2022. Before joining Language Testing International, Tiziana was the Vice President Sales and Marketing at LTI from March 2017 to March 2021. Tiziana managed global sales, marketing, customer success, and R&D, and also drove strategic partnerships and business development initiatives.

Prior to their role at LTI, Tiziana was the Vice President Sales and Marketing at LingroLearning from June 2016 to March 2017. At LingroLearning, they managed sales and marketing functions, developed strategic plans, and established joint venture partnerships.

Before LingroLearning, Tiziana worked at Pearson as a Senior Acquisitions Editor from 2011 to 2016. Tiziana managed an e-learning product portfolio for World Languages, achieved consistent sales quotas, and served as a cross-functional lead.

Tiziana's earlier experience includes roles at John Wiley and Sons. Tiziana worked as a Marketing Manager, World Languages, overseeing product marketing and market development, exceeding sales quotas annually. Tiziana also held the position of Sales Specialist, World Languages Market, where they led sales efforts, mentored sales representatives, and significantly increased revenue. Additionally, Tiziana worked as a Senior Account Manager, performing consultative sales and growing territory revenue.

Tiziana Aime has a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in International Media Studies from Penn State University. In addition to their degree, they have obtained certifications such as Credly's Acclaim Platform Ambassador in 2019 from Acclaim Badging, and Italian Speaking Proficiency - Superior in 2019 from Language Testing International.
