Tharindu Gangoda

Tharindu Gangoda is an experienced professional in enterprise risk management and technology risk, currently serving as the Manager of Enterprise Risk Management (Technology Risk) at LOLC Holdings PLC since September 2021. Prior to this role, Tharindu worked as the IT Governance Manager at Citizens Development Business Finance PLC, where responsibilities included developing IT policy frameworks and ensuring compliance. Tharindu's career also includes significant tenure at Lanka ORIX Leasing Company PLC, where auditing and operational risk management were focal points. Early career experience encompasses roles at Aitken Spence and Ernst & Young, contributing to technology advisory and audit functions, along with work as a Junior ERP Consultant at Designsoft Technologies. Educational qualifications include ACMA from The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants and postgraduate as well as undergraduate degrees from the University of Colombo in Information Technology and Physics, Mathematics, and Computer Science, respectively.
