Evelyn Juarez is currently a Medical Student at The University of New Mexico School of Medicine and has been an Early Childhood Education Coordinator at LANL Foundation since July 2016, supporting various Early Childhood Program initiatives. As a Student Regent for the Northern New Mexico College Board of Regents since March 2021 and an ARCHES Fellow at Georgetown University School of Medicine since June 2020, Evelyn conducts research on national healthcare disparities, focusing on the undocumented immigrant population's barriers to healthcare services, particularly during the COVID-19 pandemic. Evelyn earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Northern New Mexico College, attending from 2018 to 2021, and previously studied at the University of New Mexico-Los Alamos Campus from 2016 to 2018.
