Nancy Germond

Nancy Germond has extensive experience in business management and development, currently serving as Executive Assistant and Development Advancement at LANL Foundation since July 2022. Previously, Nancy owned and managed multiple enterprises, notably reviving Ceramics Bayou, which was originally started in 1995, and owned Germond Designs, focusing on custom art pieces. Nancy has a background in charity event direction and business coaching, demonstrating strong leadership in roles such as Ride Director for the Texas Mamma Jamma Ride and Owner at FocalPoint Coaching of Austin. Additional experience includes strategic positions at Nets To Ladders and American Airlines, where Nancy honed expertise in marketing, sales, and operational management. Nancy holds a Master's in Business Marketing from Texas McCombs School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin.
