Ron Wenger

Ron Wenger, SPHR, has over 20 years of work experience in Human Resources. Ron began their career at Opinion Research Corporation in 1999 as an HR Representative and worked there until 2003. Ron then joined Lannett Company in 2003 and served as a Sr. HR Generalist, specializing in various aspects of HR including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HRIS records management. In 2013, Wenger became a Sr. HR Manager at Lannett Co. Inc., where they continued to excel in HR operations. Ron'sresponsibilities expanded in 2018 when they took on the role of Sr. Manager HRIS & Operations at both Lannett Company and Lannett Co. Inc., overseeing HRIS implementation and operations. Currently, Wenger holds the position of Senior Manager HRIS at Lannett Company. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated expertise in developing teambuilding programs, writing personnel manuals and policies, and ensuring legal compliance.

Ron Wenger, SPHR, obtained a Bachelor of Technology degree in Industrial Engineering from SUNY Utica in the years 1985 to 1987. Ron then pursued a Master of Science degree in Human Resource Management from Seton Hall University from 1997 to 1999. Additionally, they obtained the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR®) Certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI in January 2006. Moreover, Ron Wenger has obtained several certifications, including "Data Visualization for Data Analysis and Analytics," "Excel Quick Tips," "Employee Experience," "Excel: Introduction to Macros and VBA," "Excel: Macros and VBA for Beginners," "Graphic Design Foundations: Layout and Composition," and "SharePoint Online Essential Training: The Basics" from LinkedIn, earned in 2021.
