Donna Wilkerson

Donna Wilkerson is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in human resources information systems and technology management. Currently serving as Senior Manager of HRIS at The Metropolitan Museum of Art since September 2016, Donna previously held the position of Executive Director, HR Technology at Kaplan, Inc., where strategic HR technology initiatives were developed for a global employee base of over 30,000. Earlier in Donna's career, as Director of HRIS & HR Operations at Arthur Andersen, LLP, leadership was provided to a team of 20 HRIS and operations staff while overseeing the implementation of new HR applications. Donna's diverse background includes roles as IT Manager and HR/Operations Manager, showcasing a strong ability to integrate technology within HR functions. Donna holds a BA in Liberal Arts from Kean University.
