Wayne Besler

Wayne Besler currently serves as Vice President of Operations at DCL Corporation, a position held since May 2021. Previously, Wayne held various roles at Ferro Corporation from 2008 to October 2022, including North American Operations Manager, where responsibilities included leading 15 direct reports and overseeing operations across 10 manufacturing sites. Wayne also served as Operations Manager and Production Manager at Ferro Corporation. Earlier experience includes Senior Operations Manager at Zotos International, managing 24/7 operations for a 600,000 sq. ft facility, and Chemical Production Manager at Fuller Brush Co., leading production and laboratory activities for a team of over 50. Wayne holds multiple degrees, including a Master of Science in Production and Operation Management from Central Michigan University and a Master of Science in Manufacturing Engineering from the University of Colorado Colorado Springs, as well as executive education in leadership from the University of Maryland and Case Western Reserve University.
