Ilona Crompton has extensive experience in personnel planning and operational management. Currently serving as a Skadereglerare at Länsförsäkringar since March 2024, Ilona previously worked at Casino Cosmopol from August 2005 to April 2024 in various roles, including People Planner and Bemanningskoordinator, where responsibilities included scheduling, absence management, training, and budget oversight. As an Inspektör and Shift Manager, Ilona was responsible for operational oversight of casino activities, conflict resolution, and guest services.
