Kati Sihvonen

Kati Sihvonen is an experienced social services professional with a focus on designing and managing services for individuals with disabilities and learning disabilities. Currently serving as an Erityisasiantuntija/projektipäällikkö at Länsi-Uudenmaan hyvinvointialue since January 2023, Kati's previous roles include Project Manager at Espoon kaupunki, where restructuring of social services was undertaken, and various managerial positions at Keravan kaupunki, including Manager for Social Services and Manager for Family Services. Kati's extensive background encompasses roles in social work practice development, research, and operational management across multiple organizations, demonstrating a commitment to improving social services. Kati holds a Master of Social Sciences degree from the University of Helsinki and is currently pursuing an MBA in Knowledge Management at LUT University.
