Lea Riskaja

Lea Riskaja currently serves as IT-tuotantopäällikkö at Länsi-Uudenmaan hyvinvointialue since January 2023 and has been significantly involved with Espoon kaupunki - City of Espoo since November 2018, focusing on guiding and developing IT project activities and managing the IT project portfolio. Prior roles include IT Development Manager at Espoon kaupunki, overseeing IT device management processes, and IT Project Manager, where responsibilities included developing service management processes. Lea also held positions at Valtiokonttori, leading various projects such as the common economic and human resource management processes initiative and SAP Identity Management project. Earlier experience includes roles as an inspector in ICT support at Keskusrikospoliisi and as a Financial Analyst and Project Officer at Tielaitos. Lea holds a BBA in Information Technology from Helia, University of Applied Sciences, obtained from 1999 to 2002.
