Cade Messinger

Cade Messinger is an experienced professional specializing in electric construction and maintenance planning, currently serving at the Lansing Board of Water & Light since September 2023. Prior to this role, Cade spent five years at Consumers Energy, where responsibilities included serving as a Distribution Control Operator, managing service restoration and safety protocols at substations, and working as a Dispatcher to coordinate field resources for emergent and scheduled work. Additionally, Cade contributed to process improvements as a Process Excellence Intern at Mercy Health St. Mary's and gained customer service experience at The Deck and Sav-Mor Pharmacy Services. Cade holds a Bachelor’s degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from Central Michigan University and began education at Muskegon Community College and Mona Shores High School.
