Kyle Johnston

Kyle Johnston has a robust background in customer operations and finance, currently serving as Interim Lead Supervisor for Customer Operations at the Lansing Board of Water & Light since February 2022, with previous roles in the organization including Remittance Supervisor, Billing Supervisor, and Customer Billing Representative. Prior experience includes Finance Manager and Accountant at the Community Mental Health Authority of Clinton, Eaton and Ingham Counties, as well as Staff Accountant at Jessup Group PC. Educationally, Kyle holds dual Bachelor's degrees in Accounting and Finance from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth. Additional experience includes versatile roles at Dornbos Sign & Safety Inc. and coaching at The Summit Sports and Ice Complex, contributing to a diverse skill set and commitment to teamwork and mentorship.
