Andrew Laing

Andrew Laing has over 10 years of experience in the technology industry. From 2008 to 2011, they worked as a Systems Engineer for Alteris Renewables, Inc., where they were responsible for systems design and analysis for renewable energy system integration across the Northeast, as well as information systems architecture and support, MBSE, and process improvement. From 2011 to 2013, they worked as Information Technology for Logic Supply Inc. From 2013 to 2019, they worked for the State of Vermont in various roles, including Chief Data Officer, Agency of Digital Services, Director, Business Systems Architecture, Agency of Human Services, and Lead Enterprise Business Analyst, Dept of Vermont Health Access.
