Dr. Artrina S.

Dr. Artrina S. has a wealth of experience in the healthcare industry, having worked in various roles since 2012. In that year, they were a Health Informatician and Integration Specialist at the State of Arizona, where they were the Project Manager of Meaningful Use implementation for the State of Arizona Office of Infectious Diseases. From 2013 to 2021, they worked at Telligen, Health Services Advisory Group, Inc. (HSAG), TEKsystems, and Baptist Health South Florida, respectively. At Telligen, they were the Lead Health Informatics Solutions Coordinator, advising and assisting CMS to prepare for the transition of the eCQM reporting process from voluntary to mandatory in CY 2016. At HSAG, they were the Hospital IQR and Promoting Interoperability Alignment eCQMs Lead, providing recommendations as a subject matter expert to the CMS Project Lead Product Owners regarding current and future policy for annual aligned electronic clinical quality measure (eCQM) reporting. At TEKsystems, they were the Technical BIA Project Manager for the CMS Interoperability Project, and at Baptist Health South Florida, they were the Regulatory Project Manager, working closely with the Vice President of Technology and Digital (T&D) Business Systems and the Corporate Regulatory Affairs team. In 2015, Dr. Artrina S. also worked as an Adjunct Faculty at Western International University, teaching 8-week courses within the Arts & Sciences - Behavioral/Human Dynamics/Public Administration program. Finally, in 2022, they began working at Lantana Consulting Group as the Software and QA Development Team Lead and Software Development Manager.

Dr. Artrina S. holds a Doctor of Education - EdD from Argosy University Phoenix in Business - Organizational Leadership, a Master of Science - MS from Franklin University in Human Services Management/Business Administration, and a Bachelor of Arts - BA from Miami University in Psychology. Additionally, Dr. Artrina S. has obtained certifications from Health Level Seven International as a Health Level Seven 2.7x Control Specialist in 2013 and from Scaled Agile, Inc. as a SAFe Certified - Certified SAFe 5 Agilist in 2022.
